The paramedics were alerted to her body on Monday upon arriving at the residence tried to revive her to no avail.
Chief Medical Officer Dr Kerry Chant stated earlier today they were in the process of determining how the woman died.
Ms Chant did not make comment on whether the dead woman was vaccinated.
'We were aware of media reports of that and we haven‘t been able to confirm anything prior to this press conference,' Dr Chant said.
Police are currently preparing a Coroner's report around the circumstances of the woman's death.
